Identification of Nutritional Ingredients and Medicinal Components of Hawk Tea and Insect Tea Using Widely Targeted Secondary Metabolomics

In this study, the metabolites in insect tea and hawk were analyzed by ultra-high performance liquid chromatography–triple quadrupole mass spectrometry. We found 49 that can be used as key active components traditional Chinese medicine, well 98 of pharmaceutical preparations for treatment cancers, hypertension, cardiovascular diseases, etc. Comparative analysis had significant differences their metabolic profiles.
